Delivery is free of charge in our delivery area.
There is minimum order value of £10.
When do you delivery?
Our area is divided up into delivery routes. We deliver afternoons on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. New customers are assigned to a route and we will contact you to advise. We will then be able to deliver each week or fortnight on the same day. If this day is no longer convenient, you can contact us to rearrange.
How do I pay?
Payment can be by cheque or cash direct to the delivery driver or your debit/credit card details can be taken over the phone and your always welcome to pay in advance. If your out the box will be left in a pre arranged place and your invoice will be left in the box for you to make payment as above or send us a cheque, but please remember to write your name and address and invoice number on the back.
What about the box?
Please leave the box outside when we are due to deliver your next order, so we can reuse the box.
To order online?
You will need to register, fill in your details and let us know if there are any products you do or do not like and where we should leave the box if you are out. On the product pages specify the amounts you would like and press the ‘add to cart’ button at the bottom. You are able to specify that an item is just for one order by ticking the box on the shopping cart page. To complete your order press the checkout button. Cancelation
If you wish to cancel your weekly order please ring us on 07766 416723.
Refund’s and Return’s
If you find any product is missing or in a condition that that is not acceptable to you, we will issue you a credit for it. Any problem must be reported by the following day, so we can resolve any issues.
